South Padre
Set on the seventeenth floor of a modern beach front complex, this condo unit adds a coastal feel while still keeping in mind durability for both kids and renters. The first layer was set with the existing hard finishes, as well as pieces already purchased by the homeowner. Soft finishes, including lamps, side tables, bedding, pillows, art, and accessories pulled the space together and gave the client a coastal, modernized escape that transitions from ocean side to inside.
