COMMUNICATIONS

The design process takes teamwork and trust with all parties involved. We have guidelines and expectations that we follow for our communications to keep you updated starting with project initiation to final installation.

EMAIL

Email is our preferred method of communicating. Design is all about the details and we do not want them to get lost in texts. Please email all design related questions and comments to both Helen and Carol. We strive to answer all emails within 24 business hours.

TEXT MESSAGES

Please reserve text messages only for emergencies (e.g. paint is not looking right, contractor or installer has an immediate, quick question) and communications about running late, etc. Our team will use text messages in the same manner. As mentioned above, text message are messy and difficult to keep track. Emails instead of texts will help keep your project more organized.

PHONE CALLS

Phone calls will be answered during business hours (M-F, 8 am - 5 pm). Calls placed over the weekend or outside business hours will be followed up on the following business day.
