San Diego Road

Working to create texture while softening was the goal of this refresh. Orienting the natural stone vertically and across two walls makes the existing fish tank look built in, heightens the room, and adds a visual interest to the space. The neutral tone of the space makes the couple’s favorite art piece shine. An upstairs landing was transformed into a space for the couple’s children to flow from crafting to schooling. The pops of color and warm tones of the cork pin board make the space fun and functional. The wall art was created while working with existing art and accents, as well as new pieces that fit with the personalities of the home owner. Unique placement of these elements adds visual interest of the space.
